Riviera Village Summer Festival begins this weekend

With this year’s Summer Festival, a networking mixer, and a Round Table Luncheon taking place soon, Redondo Beach residents and professionals have events worth planning ahead for.
The flurry begins on this Saturday, June 23, and ends on Sunday, with the Riviera Village Summer Festival being held in celebration of the Riviera Village Association’s 34th year. There will be something available for everyone here, with an International Food Court, live music, kid’s rides, and more than 250 booths dedicated to arts and crafts. With the Festival going from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm on both days, it will not be surprising if printing companies find themselves being tapped for printing services. These may include poster printing, flyer printing, and possibly even catalog printing for suppliers who are so inclined. All in all, this event looks like it will once again be a good time for the whole family.
Business professionals are also getting a chance to interact with one another at the King Harbor Yacht Club on June 27. Going from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, those who are interested in taking part will want to arrive with plenty of business cards in hand.
Interestingly enough, another chamber event to watch for is the Round Table Luncheon taking place the following day, on June 28. Being hosted at the Salvation Army this time around, the topic of conversation is going to be the AES Power Plant. Beginning at 11:45 am and concluding at 1:30 pm, businesspeople who would like to participate in the discussion are being asked to RSVP as soon as they can.
