‘The Love List’ to take to the stage

‘The Love List’, a stage comedy about finding love and locating the perfect mate, is set to hit the stage at the Hampton Inn in Red Bluff, located just south of Redding, later this week.

Guests will not only get to enjoy the outrageous comedy of the play, but will also dine on a delicious meal provided by the Tremont Café and Creamery as dinner theater makes a return to Tehama County.

Events like these may use various printing services, such as poster printing or flyer printing, in the days leading up to the activity to advertise to the public. Brochure printers may also be necessary to provide event programs and other informational material to guests at such events.

The play is produced by the Acme Dinner Theater and written by Norm Foster. The plot revolves around the character of Bill, who is portrayed by Redding’s J.D Ligier. Bill’s friend Leon (Redding’s Lance Fox), presents him with a matchmaking service membership for his 40th birthday. Bill must create a ‘love list’ outlining the 10 most desirable qualities he seeks in a mate.
The dinner theater on March 15 will begin at 7:00 pm with vegetable beef soup as an appetizer, followed with a choice of Angus Beef Rib Eye steak or seasoned grilled chicken with sides of baked potatoes, dinner rolls, and steamed vegetables. Dessert will also be served, and two hours of theatrical performance will follow.

Reservations can be made at Wild Oak, 328 Oak Street in Red Bluff or at (530) 727-8080 for $36 each.
