Talented musicians in tune by the lake
July 18, 2013 by Sarah
At the Sunset by the Lake Summer Concert Series, which is coming up this weekend, residents of Pleasant Hill are invited enjoy the lawn and lake of the City Hall. They are advised to blankets to create a picnic-like area upon, lie directly on the lawn, or bring folding chairs to make custom seating by the stage.
The popular concert series rarely fails to draw a large crowd for nights of lounging, laughing, and having fun. Local businesses are, of course, free to capitalize on the gathering of people by increasing their advertising efforts. Working with brochure printers, banner printing companies, and other local printing services will no doubt make advertising more effective and efficient.
Several popular bands will attend, most of which are from Pleasant Hill itself or from cities within the Bay Area. Those who wish to take photographs with the band members are welcome to bring cameras. The Civic Action Commission of Pleasant Hill sponsors the concert and local food carts will be nearby to ensure everyone’s stomach is full.
Those interested should head down to 100 Gregory Lane at the Pleasant Hill City Hall and go to the lawn by the lake this Sunday, July 21. The music begins at 6:00 pm and lasts until 8:00 pm. Call 925-671-5229 with any questions about the concert and any amenities offered. Admission is free and the concert is open to all ages, so it is a chance to rally family and friends to have fun by the lake.
