Placentia residents have good times ahead

Placentia’s printing companies are likely to be in heavy demand this July with continued segments of ‘Concerts in the Park’ and ‘Movies in the Park’ giving residents an opportunity to come out and enjoy the weather, while also donating to the community at large.

Taking place yesterday and July 26 where the rest of the month is concerned, Concerts in the Park is a series of events that has been designed with the needs of music lovers in mind. Taking yesterday’s concert for example, listeners were able to hear the refreshing musical styles of The Swing Cats. As a band, this group is said to specialize in foxtrot, mambo, jitterbug, waltz, and big band musical genres. Fans of sophisticated musical arrangements tend to lean towards this type of performance. Similarly, on July 26, the Placentia Symphonic Band will be performing.

With the event being held from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Tri-City Park, interested individuals will be able to participate in raffles while enjoying great food. In light of how the proceeds are going towards the Cultural Arts Projects for Every Student (CAPES) Program, it is clear that there are tangible reasons to get involved. Even if for no other purpose than to make sure people are informed, the printing services of brochure printers will undoubtedly be useful in promoting this excellent cause.

Following the concerts are “Movies in the Park” events that are scheduled for today (July 20) and July 27. Free to attend and being held at a convenient location in the Placentia Champions Sports Complex, this is another fun way to spend the evening.
