Petaluma residents ‘wake up’ with a full calendar

March 21, 2012 by

With breakfast, receptions, awards, and even a gala all on the cards, Petaluma residents and professionals have plenty of upcoming events to choose from.

Out of that list, the first meeting on the calendar is going to be the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce’s “Wake Up Petaluma Breakfast” on March 27th. Allowing for introductions, keynote speakers, and, of course, breakfast, this is a fantastic opportunity for business owners and professionals to charge their batteries before going about their days. With breakfast starting at 7:30am and ending at around 9:00am, there’s plenty of time allotted for networking. This is where knowing a printing company that supplies business card printing should prove useful.

Just a couple of days after this event on the 29th, the Santa Rosa Junior College will be celebrating the appointment of its new president and superintendent, Dr. Frank Chong. More or less an introduction taking place on the campus, this is another significant occasion for the community as a whole. On the same day, the chamber is hosting Petaluma Community Awards of Excellence. Among the honors being awarded are: Service to Youth, Excellence in Education, Citizen of the Year, and Service person of the Year. As most would expect, RSVPs are required for this one.

March is going to be ending on a high note with Mentor Me Petaluma’s “Mad Hatter Ball”. Featuring fabulous food and an interesting variety of activities to choose from, this is another event that’s worth keeping an eye on.
