In the San Fernando Valley, snow is rare, but a free winter wonderland event will bring in 16 tons of the stuff and feature plenty of festive activities for the entire family. Those in attendance can bundle up and enjoy holiday music while frolicking in the snow.

This is considered to be the largest free winter wonderland event in the San Fernando Valley. Santa Claus, Mickey, and Minnie Mouse will make an appearance at the event. In addition, kids can participate in fun activities such as gingerbread-making, and a petting zoo with 18 animals. Of course, families can see who can make the best snow angel. There will also be refreshments like hot chocolate, coffee, and cookies. Finally, children will receive a stocking containing, although this offer is while supplies last.

Gates, Kingsley, and Gates Praiswater Mortuary, a Dignity Memorial Provider is hosting the event. The company provides funeral and memorial services for those in need.

San Fernando Valley residents, including those from Northridge, are invited to this event. It is likely the winter wonderland hosts utilized printing services to make banners and fliers to advertise the day. The event sponsors will probably also use business card printing services and brochures in order to promote their business.

The event will take place at the Gates, Kingsley and Gates Praiswater Mortuary parking lot located on 6909 Canoga Ave, Canoga Park, CA 91303. The fun starts on Friday, December 20, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
