Brad Johnson to appear at the Water Wheel

May 23, 2013 by

Brad Johnson and his renowned band will be swinging into Norco this weekend.

Johnson started his band while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps back in 1998. This band was formed as the members looking for a way to pass the time (hence the name) until they could go home, but have since become a sensation. Banner printing, poster printing, and flyer printing may have been the methods chosen to promote this band to the people in this community and the surrounding districts.

This group has opened for the like of Toby Keith, Tracy Byrd, John Michael Montgomery, the Bellamy Brothers, Rascal Flatts, Larry the Cable Guy, Rocochet, and many others who are considered some of the world’s biggest stars. One of the most fondly remembered times for this band was playing on the side stages, as well as the start and finish lines during the Nascar races. The group has now played for many races and has no plans to stopping playing at these high-profile events.

Killin’ Time’s music has been featured on many U.S. and World radio stations and the band was one of the premier groups at Gilley’s in Vegas, lasting three years. It had played major rodeos, the USO tours, and in Cowboy Country in Long Beach.

Admission to this evening of listening enjoyment is free. The group will be appearing on tomorrow, May 24, at 9:00 pm and the performance will go on until after midnight. It takes place at the Water Wheel Saloon in Norco, California. To learn more about this band, visit the Water Wheel Norco website.
