Two chances to update business skills next week

Author Jeff Toister will explain the reasons why customers should be the focus in his seminar ‘The Journey to a Customer Focused Culture’ taking place next week. He will address the shifting nature of business, and how losing sight of the needs of the customer is to be avoided at all costs.
Toister is the author of ‘Service Failure’. His seminar explains why a customer focused culture will result in a strong company by guiding employees’ performance, helping to make business decisions, and building customer retention.
This philosophy will also help companies to develop their brand. This seminar is geared to sales leaders who directly manage employees marketing the company’s service or product with a minimum of 10 years’ sales experience.
Protecting your business and staff is the topic of a presentation at 6:00 pm that same day, held at the Beverly Library Community Meeting Room, 1962 West 95th Street in Los Angeles.
