Wake up with Good Morning Long Beach

May 15, 2012 by

Thanks largely to the efforts of the Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, local business owners and professionals are getting a chance to do some networking and learning through “Good Morning Long Beach”, as well as the upcoming IBA 2012 World Trade Week Luncheon.

Featuring fantastic food, raffles, and a great opportunity to network with the other business professionals at the table, the upcoming “Good Morning Long Beach” event will be taking place tomorrow (May 16th). With the official start time listed as 7:30 am, business owners will need to get up a little earlier for this one but there are many reasons to do so.

Over the course of the breakfast, attendees will be hearing from Ursula Mentjes. A writer, a speaker, and an expert when it comes to sales, she’s given her presentation the rather descriptive title of “Transform the Way You Think About Selling so You Can Double or Triple Your Sales This Year”. With prices currently at $15 for members and $30 for guests, this breakfast is one that’s likely to tempt Long Beach professionals.

Following the networking breakfast is the IBA World Trade Week 2012 Luncheon. Being hosted at Hyatt Regency Long Beach, this May 24th event is another reason why local businesspeople should consider contacting a printing company for business cards. Starting at 11:30 am and ending at 1:30 pm, this one will be full of interesting information on what kinds of opportunities are available for businesses to explore with respect to foreign trade. Consider contacting the chamber to learn more.
