Long Beach Chamber hosts two networking sessions

August 13, 2012 by

Networking is going to be the focus for Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce members, with a networking lunch and a breakfast being hosted in the coming days. With interesting guest speakers and informative discussion being featured at both, attendees stand to gain quite a bit from getting involved with these events.

Things start off quickly enough for the business community with ‘Good Afternoon Long Beach’ being held tomorrow, August 14. Taking place at Forbidden City Restaurant, the chosen topic has been appropriately entitled ‘How Long Beach Businesses Can Benefit from Long Beach State Athletics’ Success’. With Long Beach State Women’s Soccer Coach Mauricio Ingrassia and Long Beach State Nelligan Sports’ General Manager Tony Soares speaking, the content is sure to be nothing less than informative.

Expected to begin at 11:30 am and conclude at around 1:00 pm, many local professionals with an eye towards attending will be able to come out during their regular lunch hours for the most part.

One reason why it may be a good idea to consider getting in touch with print companies for various printing services is because the Long Beach Area Chamber will be hosting ‘Good Morning Long Beach’ the following day, August 15. Starting early, with registration set to begin at 7:15 am, the discussion presented here is going by the title ‘Innovative Wireless Technologies by Verizon Wireless’.

With networking, food, and raffle drawings to look forward to, professionals with an interest in either of these meet-ups are being encouraged to pre-register ahead of time.
