Kids of all ages will find fun and excitement in and around Lancaster this Saturday, October 27, so it would come as no surprise to see banner printing and other printing material in use to publicize the goings-on.
BooLVD Halloween and Harvest Festival will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. on Lancaster Boulevard between Gadsden and Beech Avenues. It will feature a ‘kid-friendly’ haunted house will be held in AV Dance Studio 81, as well as games and crafts, bounce houses and jumpers, and a rock climbing wall. Cedar Scary Stories will offer child-friendly fare early in the evening and scarier fare for older teens and adults later on.
Additional activities include a mini farmers’ market, carnival games, cookie and pumpkin decorating, and a giant pumpkin-carving event at BeX stage. Kids can trick-or-treat at local businesses along the BLVD, beginning at 5:00 pm until treats run out. Kids up to age 12 can also participate in the BooLVD Costume Contest, with winners for scariest, cutest, and most creative costumes. Signups will be taken from 5:00 pm -5:45 pm.
