Two business seminars near Lake Forest will help participants make better business decisions.

‘Delivering Great Customer Experience’ will begin at 3:30 pm on Thursday, April 25, at the Center Club in Costa Mesa.

This seminar will be led by Kerry Bodine who is the vice president of Forrester Research. Bodine has developed six disciplines to improve customer experiences, all of which are outlined in her book “Outside In: The Power of Putting Your Customer at the Center of Your Business.”

Topics of conversation include how good customer experience translates into dollars for businesses; key practices that will boost organizations to customer excellence; finding the natural path to customer experience maturity and how to treat customer experience as a discipline.

The second seminar will also be held at the Center Club but begins at 5:30 pm that same day. It covers ‘Making Strategic Partnerships & Acquisitions Successful’.

The speaker is Burton M. Goldfield, whose company TriNet has quadrupled in size over the past three years. The key, says the company, is putting people first and finding what motivates them. Goldfield’s firm puts its employees first and that is what it believes makes the difference between it and its competitors. It also helps to have a strong HR partnership with the employees.

The Center Club is located at 650 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa. The key to a successful business is having a business plan which can be printed for distribution at any of the local printing companies in the area.
