Between the upcoming “Coffee with the Mayor” event and the preparations that are well underway for the “10th Annual Taste of Lafayette”, members of the local business community have plenty to look forward to in the coming weeks.
The action begins fairly soon with the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce hosting its next “Coffee with the Mayor” event on the 27th. As most business professionals are aware, there’s no underestimating the important role that all levels of government play in ensuring that a community achieves and maintains an atmosphere that’s conducive to growth in the private sector.
Through “Coffee with the Mayor”, Lafayette entrepreneurs and professionals are being given a unique opportunity to put questions directly to Mayor Carol Federighi. Starting at 8:00 am and expected to conclude about an hour later at 9:00 am, the timing of this event was certainly decided with the lives of busy individuals in mind.
In the meantime, the “10th Annual Taste of Lafayette” is going to be held on the 15th of May. As far as all day events go, restaurants and other businesses are being gifted a chance to promote themselves and their products to prospective customers.
Just glancing at the preparations being put in place for the big day, local print companies and brochure printers are going to be busy providing a wide range of printing services. Those who haven’t signed up for the “10th Annual Taste of Lafayette” should do so as soon as possible. Beginning at 5:30 pm and ending at around 9:30 pm, this event is one to keep an eye on.
