The Moraga Community Faire and Car Show is taking place next month. It is a presentation of the Moraga Chamber of Commerce.

The fair will feature vendors of all types including arts and crafters who will be selling their handmade items. Vendor booths are available for $75 for Moraga Chamber of Commerce members, $45 for nonprofit and artisans and $125 for nonmembers.

There will also be entertainment from groups such as the Satin Mary’s College Band, impersonator Camille Larrea, and the CAPA Dancers. There will also be several food trucks, a beer garden, and children’s activities such as bounce houses and face painting.

Also taking place will be the 11th annual Car Show and parade. Registration for each vehicle is $35 and each person will receive a caption card, lunch, a ribbon and a commemorative photograph. The deadline to enter is May 1, and those interested can contact Gloria at 925-247-4473 to learn more.

Sponsorships are also available for $250 up to $2,500.

The car show will likely attract participants from around the area, including nearby Lafayette. The caption cards and ribbons may be provided by a local printing company.

The Moraga Community Faire and Car Show will be held at the Rheem Shopping Center on May 13 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Admission is free of charge. For the most current information, contact Kathe Nelson at 925-323-6524.
