As well as the games, there will also be a silent auction, raffle, and cash bar. All funds raised will benefit Relay for Life.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Westminster Lanes, 6471 Westminster Boulevard, 20 minutes from Irvine. Games begin half an hour later.

The deadline to register is July 10. Limited admission will be available the evening of the event. Admission is $25. For more information, call (714) 893-5005.

In the nonprofit world, competition is often fierce for funds. Keith Kall will host a one-day workshop on ‘The Art & Skill of Non-Profit Fund Development & Partnership Relations’ at 9:00 am on Monday, July 15, at The Crosby, 400 N. Broadway in Santa Ana.

This workshop was created for leaders of nonprofit organizations who want to create long term solutions and strategies for funding. Participants will learn effective negotiation skills, how to partner with corporations, and how to develop long-lasting relationships with donors.

The information given will include principles and insights that have stood the test of time. Kall is executive director of Corporate Engagement at World Vision.

Digital business cards can be adapted to both electronic and print medium in order to promote business. Registration for the workshop is $249.
