Huntington Beach residents can learn how to increase their businesses and then relax with a Christmas boat parade.
First up is a growth club and strategy planning seminar for business owners on Monday, December 16, at the Center Club, 650 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa. Business owners can work on mapping out a game plan in order to gain new direction.
Participants will receive take home strategies they can use to build their profits in a 90 day time frame. The event begins at 8:45 am.
Also on Monday, at 11:00 am, is a class for real estate agents that will help them to build their business. The meeting will be held at the First Team Real Estate Training Center, 108 Pacifica in Irvine.
Agents will also learn how to present themselves in a professional manner and learn what their best presentation skills are. Business card printing is perfect for this type of event.
Finally, the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade will be held from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, December 18, at Newport Beach, 1600 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach.
The annual boat parade attracts nearly one million viewers each year. Past boats have had more than $50,000 in decorations. The vessels will travel 14.7 miles around the harbor for viewers.
The parade has been entertaining viewers for 100 years and was named the number two destination for holiday lights in 2011 by Yahoo Travel.
