Gardena goes East Coast for NYE

December 16, 2016 by

Residents in Gardena are pulling out their tuxes and gowns in anticipation of the Sixth Annual Carpe Diem New Year’s Eve Celebration.

The event provides upscale entertainment at a local venue in an attempt to bring a bit of New York to California.

The event has become a fixture in Gardena in the last few years, bringing in over 1,600 people last year alone. This year, the organizers have chosen an elegant space but with limited room, so guests are encouraged to preorder their tickets to ensure they do not miss out.

The celebration will feature a dance floor with nonstop DJs including the talents of Mike Smove and SideKick. As the clock strikes midnight, a balloon drop will signal the New Year, along with cigar smoking and bottle service for those willing to pay a little extra. Additionally, promotional products and party favors will be given out for free throughout the night. There will also be party bus parking for those who want to keep the party going before and after the event.

The Carpe Diem New Year’s Eve Celebration will take place on December 31 from 9:00 pm to 2:00 am at the Paradise LA Restaurant and Bar, located at 889 W. 110th St. Tickets range from $25 to $45. Anyone interested in more info should check the website.
