One Hundred Fun Hundred – Girl Scout Anniversary Bash

On Saturday, May 5, the Girl Scout’s 100th Anniversary Bash “One Hundred Fun Hundred” will be held at the Almeda Country Fairgrounds located at 4501 Pleasanton Avenue, Pleasanton, California, just down the road from Dublin. This event will run from 10am to 10pm.

Girl Scout camping for this event will be from Friday, May 4th until Sunday, May 6th. All children camping up to the age of seventeen must be accompanied by an adult. This Girl Scout weekend event will be one of the biggest events of the Girl Scout season with plenty of games and activities, as well as the chance to meet other Girl Scouts from miles around. There will be badge presentations, guest speakers, and a number of special planned events. There will be adult workshops. This event is open to Girls from K to 12, their families, Girl Scout Adults, Girl Scout Alumnae, and the Girl Scout’s friends. This event will feature between 10,000 and 20,000 people. There will be special presentations throughout the day, as well as one really big party, as Girl Scouting moves from one century to the next century. Girl Scouts will be able to put all their learned skills to work at this event. There will even be rock climbing walls to challenge them. There will be more than 8,000 Girl Scouts present at this massive event.
