Dublin area ready for week of workshops

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is offering a class for new real estate agents today at the Fourpoints Sheraton, 5115 Hopyard Road in Pleasanton – right next to Dublin.

Classes will be held from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. This is a comprehensive program designed to teach the fundamentals of real estate and will introduce participants to prospecting, marketing, and the technical aspects of real estate.

Also today, contractors in the Bay area can discover new ways to develop lead generation at a workshop at 4:00 pm at the Laptop Lounge, 1701 North California Boulevard in Walnut Creek.

This session is geared towards home remodeling contractors who are having a difficult time generating business in today’s economy. The workshop is led by Karan Dhillon, a mentor, consultant, and international trainer.

Also at the Laptop Lounge this Wednesday, September 18, is a class on self-motivation that will direct participants on a path to regain hope and confidence and expand their businesses.

In order to get ahead, individuals are urged to leave their comfort zone and pursue courses that stretch their abilities, and this workshop helps participants to accomplish this. It costs $10 to register online or $20 at the door. The class is led by Alex Harris, who was a leader in pharmaceutical research and development.
