Every business needs to have a plan for success and tomorrow’s Growth Club workshop will help business owners in California to improve on their success rate.

Company bosses will learn how to create a 90-day plan for their business after completing this workshop, which begins at 8:45am at Center Club Costa Mesa, just 30 minutes from Dana Point.

Included is a step-by-step growth plan, weekly planning tips and daily activities. This program is good for business owners as well as their employees. For reservations, call Jay McDowell at (949) 713-2030. Business plan copies for all team members can be created with the help of a local printing company.

Once they have their businesses in shape, California’s company owners will have the chance to work on their physical fitness with an organized hike around the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park.

This hike, which takes place on Thursday, is for experienced hikers and covers a steep 6.5 mile route over difficult and uneven terrain covering an elevation gain of 700 feet. The walk is suitable for those aged 15 and over and hikers are advised to bring walking poles. Admission is a $2 donation and parking is free. For more information, call (949) 497-8324.

The all-over rejuvenation can be completed with a creativity workshop which takes place on Friday. Visitors to the Awakening Studio in Costa Mesa will spend the day learning about the best ways to get their creativity flowing in a business environment.
