March 18, 2012 by James
On Wednesday, March 28th, 2012 the “Food Truck Fare” will take place at the Orange County Fairgrounds and Event Center. The Orange County Fairgrounds and Event Center is located at 88 Fair Drive in Costa Mesa, California. This is an after dark event and takes place from 5:30pm to 9:00pm in the parking lot. Visitors need to enter through Gate 1 to access this event. Parking for this event is free.
This year’s event features a wide variety of food trucks all serving up some mouthwatering selections. The gourmet trucks at this week’s event include Seabirds, Panfiniti, Burger Monster, Bakery Truck, Lee’s Philly, Calbi, Waffles de Liege, Dogzilla, and Spudrunners. This event promises the attendees a wide variety of foods at reasonable prices. Most of the trucks have their own unique form of entertainment and guests are ask to drop in and enjoy the show. Besides the variety of food, this event also features a cash bar and lots of other non-alcoholic beverages for adults and children. The children’s menu usually consists of Grilled Cheese, and other specialty items geared to children’s taste, although some trucks cater more to children than others, participants many have to shop around to find a menu for the entire family.
Print companies appear to have the business card printing under control, as each truck owner is more than happy to provide those in attendance with information about their trucks. This event is free to everyone.
