May 26, 2012 by

From Tuesday, May 29 until Sunday, June 3, “American Idiot” will be making its debut performance at Segerstrom Hall, located at 600 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa, California. Performances will take place from Tuesday to Friday at 7:30 pm, Saturday at 2:00 pm and 7:30pm, and Sunday at 1:00 pm and 6:30 pm.

Straight from Broadway, this outstanding smash-hit musical will appear on the stage in the hall. This is a story about lifelong friends who have to choose between the safety of suburbia or following their dreams. Based upon the album that made the punk rock group Green Day so popular, this musical performance includes many of their hits such as Wake Me Up When September Ends, Boulevard of Broken Dreams, Holiday, 21 Guns, and, arguably their most famous track of them all, American Idiot.

Directed by Michael Mayer, the play will take the audience on a musical adventure never seen before. Arrangements for thie music are by Tom Kitt and Stephen Hoggett. New York Times’ Charles Isherwood loved the production and believes that audiences who viewed this play on Broadway are still raving about it today. Isherwood described the performance as:

“Thrilling, emotionally charged, and as moving as any Broadway musical I’ve seen this year!”

Printing companies have probably already produced the stationery printing and other printing services for marketing and promoting this event. Tickets for the show cost $75 per person but seats are limited, so advance ticket reservations are required.
