Chamber Heads Into May With Ambitious Plans

Even with the month of April winding down, members of the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce have at least a couple of events coming up that are worth looking forward to as far as available networking opportunities go.

The closest one that’s coming up is going to be the “Sunset Networking Mixer” on May 10th. Starting at 5:30 pm and ending at 7:00 pm, this is the perfect occasion for local and nearby professionals who are looking for a chance to unwind before heading home after work. Taking place at the Berkeley Art Center, there’s expected to be refreshments in the form of wine and hors d’oeuvres.

Free to attend and requiring no registration besides, this is an excellent solution for those who are in need of a low-key means of networking. Where forming connections with other business owners is concerned, it really doesn’t get much better than this.

The second event that Berkeley-based professionals have the option of looking into the monthly Sunrise Networking Breakfast as well on the 23rd. Starting fairly early in the morning at 8:00 am, those who decide to come to this one will be able to form new connections without having to make any dramatic changes to their own schedules.

Priced at $15 and $20 for member and non-members who pre-register, there’s an extra $10 charge for walk-ins. Taking place right here in Berkeley at HS Lordships Restaurant, this is another chance for local professionals to put their business card printing to good use.
