Berkeley Chamber offers well-rounded July calendar

July 2, 2012 by

With the workshop, the networking event, and the 112th Annual Gala, it is becoming very clear that members of Berkeley’s business community have a healthy number of options available to them this month. Taking place one after the other, there are clear advantages to putting in an appearance at a couple of these events.

Things kick off near the middle of the month with the “401(k) and 403(b) Seminar” being hosted on July 11. Whether running a company, working for a non-profit organization, or making decisions in a corporate setting, retirement plans are always a topic worthy of serious consideration. Starting at 8:00 am and continuing for about an hour and a half, local business professionals are being invited to come out and see what can be done to improve their current retirement plans. Free to attend and addressing an important subject, it cannot hurt to keep this date in mind.

Speaking of events for which business card printing is something to consider contacting a print company, an established local BNI chapter will be holding a meet-up on July 12. Also taking place in the morning with a start time of 7:00 am, it does not get much better than this from a networking standpoint. Offering free breakfast to guests plus the chance to make new contacts, this is clearly “No Ordinary Chapter.”

Things wrap up nicely with the 112th Annual Gala on July 13. Expected to go from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, the theme for this one is “Black Tie and Blue Jeans.” Consider registering online today.
