The 11th annual Richmond Kids’ Expo is taking place in Richmond this February.

A presentation of Specialized Expos Inc., the expo is a combination of a trade show and a day of activities for the children. While their parents are viewing the latest products and services for children, the kids can take part in fun activities such as the diaper dash, a martial arts demonstration or enjoy live entertainment. There will also be several contests and giveaways as well as games for those of all ages.

It’s likely that most of the companies and non-profit groups in Richmond that cater to children will be appearing at this show, the largest of its kind. Many vendors may consider working with local print companies in banner printing, to make their booths more attractive to visitors. Banners that can be draped over a booth to draw more attention from passers-by.

Vendors can rent booths from $395 – $795 for commercial or $295 for non-profit organizations. Sponsorships are also available from $1,200 to $2,000; the $2,000 sponsorship allows the business or organization to insert information or a promotional item into gift bags.

The Richmond Kids’ Expo is being held at the Richmond International Raceway on February 22 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Tickets are $7 for adults, $3 for those aged 2 to 12 and free for children under the age of 2. For more information on the event and the planned activities call 757-470-9840.
