There are two upcoming events close to Reston which will appeal to art lovers of all ages.

The first event is the 18th annual ValeArts Fall Art Show, which will take place over three days this October. The theme of the show is ‘Fall into Color’ and it will feature more than 150 works of art for show and sale. Artists taking part are members of ValeArts an include Betsey Mulloy and Diane Eichler. It will also include visiting artists Carie Cole and Meredith Hannon. An opening reception is being held at which the public has the chance to meet the artists, and children will have their own designated table too.

Another event is taking place in Warrenton next month, as the Berkeley Gallery hosts the Inaugural Art Exhibition of Fine Arts Professionals of Northern Virginia for 12 days in October. It will feature 26 artists who have contributed two or three paintings each, and an opening day reception to meet them.

The ValeArts Fall Art Show will take place at the Vale Schoolhouse from October 4-6 beginning at 10:00 am each day. Admission is free. The opening night reception will take place on October 4 from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

The art exhibition at the Berkeley Gallery in Warrenton, meanwhile, will be held from October 4 – 15, and is also free to visit. The reception will be on October 4 from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

Reston print companies have probably helped the organizers of the ValeArts show prepare by providing products such as flyers for advertising.
