Chamber of Commerce members get ready to showcase their companies

March 21, 2013 by

The 2nd annual Chamber Day at the Reston Town Center is coming up at the end of April.

Chamber Day will give 25 businesses owned by Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce members the chance to showcase their products and services to members of the public and their business peers. Guests can also enjoy various food samples.

Chamber member owned businesses can rent tables for $100, although there is a limit of three companies in any one industry. There will be no sales but it is the perfect opportunity to present new products or services to the public and to the business community.

This event will be an excellent networking opportunity for chamber members and for other non-member business owners who might stop by during the day. Many of the members who are planning to take part in the showcase will likely be placing a new business card printing order with Reston printing companies. With contact information always in need of being kept up-to-date, some business owners cross out information and write in the changes, but this does not look professional and may actually cost a company business due to its shoddy look.

Chamber Day at the Reston Town Center will take place on April 20 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Admission is free, and those who need more information can call the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce at 703-707-9045. The Chamber’s website also has more information on the event.
