The Fall Collaborative Leadership Conference will take place at the Hotel John Marshall in Richmond on October 11.

The conference, which is presented by several local organizations including the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce, has a theme of ‘the whole is greater than the sum of its parts’. Conversation will mainly concentrate on forging working relationships between the public and the private sectors. Both sectors have something to offer each other in terms of advice, services and products, so working together is likely increase the possibility of success for both. Speakers at the conference will be DeShele Denise Dorsey from Changing our World, Robert J. Fazio from the Leadership Research Institute, and John Fernandez from Daystar Desserts.

The day will start off with a continental breakfast, followed by a mind map session, speakers, a mid-morning networking session, and lunch. There will be a brainstorming session during the lunch break and a chance to network.

Later, awards will be handed out, more speaker will take to the microphone, and the day will end with closing remarks and door prizes. Those who are planning to attend the conferences from all over the region, including nearby Glen Allen, will no doubt want to arrange for business card printing in advance. As there will be several chances to network, each person wants to have enough cards to hand out and wants those cards to contain the most up to date contact information.

The conference will be held from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, with tickets priced at $135.
