Anchorage fundraiser sees in the weekend

April 5, 2013 by

Tonight’s ‘Guns, Grummans, and Grape Fundraiser’ is being sponsored by The Alaska Aviation Museum and The Alaska Professional Hunters Association, and is an annual fundraising event that raises money for both organizations, keeping none of the profit.

Flyer printing and poster printing may have been the methods chosen to promote this fun evening to people in this region, and surrounding districts.

This fundraising event will have guests enjoying a wonderful evening of wine tasting and delicious hors d’oeuvres while being entertained and listening to one of the great bands from this area. Festivities there will include a silent auction, as well as a raffle for hunting guns, and so much more. This function serves wine; therefore people must be 21 years of age to attend and must present official photo ID.

The evening entertainment is being held in the downtown area, although there is ample parking for vehicles, as well as buses. For anyone who enjoys hunting, flying, or supporting a great cause, this should be an excellent event that helps raise funds for both non-profit organizations.

Tickets for this function range from $51 per person to $100 per person, although people are invited to contact the organizers for the current pricing. The fundraiser takes place tonight, April 5, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Alaska Aviation Museum located at 4721 Aircraft Drive in Anchorage, Alaska. To purchase tickets or learn more, please visit the Alaska Aviation Museum or call 907-248-5325 during regular business hours.
