Anyone based in Maine who may be pondering over a current franchise opportunity should note that the ‘Franchising 101 – Get the Facts for Success’ workshop will be held at the Score Office in Portland on September 5. The session taking place between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
Focusing on what a business owner needs to know in order to purchase, open, and succeed in a franchise business, guest will learn how business franchise ownership works and for what they, as the owner, are responsible and should expect.
In this session, the main topics covered will include selecting the correct franchise business opportunity, what is involved with making that selection, and the cost of overall ownership. This workshop is interactive, allowing adequate time for a question-and-answer session to discuss any concerns and issues the prospective purchasers may have. The instructor for this event is Dante Vespignani, a business coach for ‘The Entrepreneur’s Source’, which is a continental coaching and mentoring company. Registration for this session is available online and both Mastercard and Visa are accepted. There are additional charges if students register at the door, where only checks and cash are accepted.
