Farmingdale, NY (03/28/2012) – The International Minute Press digital printing and graphics franchise in Haines, FL has reached a Milestone! Regional Vice President (RVP) Jeff Robey, recently presented the Golden Minuteman Trophy to co-owner Mark Peeples. Mark along with business partner Tim Yousef, own this particular long-term location. The Golden Minuteman Trophy is presented to a center which has 15+ consecutive years of valued franchise ownership!

Starting out 15 years ago, Mark said that the reason they choose to own an International Minute Press was “purely by accident. My business partner and I were just out of college trying to start an import export business—seafood. My business partner’s uncle showed us this little print shop for sale… and that print shop just so happened to be a Minuteman Press “MMP” location. We knew nothing of printing or MMP when we got involved…and it was only supposed to be a temporary venture for us while we got our careers started; low and behold 15 years later, it turned into not only our careers but our passion as well!”

Mark and Tim truly love that they can control their own destiny by owning and running their own graphics business, and they plan on being open and growing the business for another 15 more!

Farmingdale, NY (03/26/2012) – On February 1st 2012, Bob Mignon, owner of the Minuteman Press in Beltsville, MD hosted the first ever Networking Mixer for the Greater Beltsville Business Association (GBBA)! Bob, one of the founding members of this business networking group, was delighted at how well received the event was.

With over 70 people in attendance, not only did many of the GBBA organizational members turn out, but there also were a number of non-members. Quite a few number of first-time visitors also came out to the occasion just to learn more about GBBA.

There was a great deal of liveliness and enthusiasm in the room. There was food served by GBBA member restaurateurs and door prizes were handed out at the end. According to Bob, “A lot of networking, connecting and exchanging of business cards took place that night, and we are looking forward to the next mixer we have!”

The home office of Minuteman Press and Regional Vice President Bob Heimbuch, would like to take a moment to mention how proud we are to have him as a franchise owner. His passion for connecting business people in the community he lives in, is one of the many reason why he is so successful at running his digital print and graphics center!

Farmingdale, NY (03/18/2012) – The new Australian location in Wanneroo, Western Australia, not only entered the annual Wanneroo Business Association Business Awards after only being open for 3 months, but they were awarded the Runner-up award for Customer Service!

This all started when a member of the Wanneroo Business Association, walked into the shop to get a quote and pricing on bag printing for the up-coming awards gala. After witnessing firsthand the amazing customer service that Greg Walsh, owner of the Minuteman Press, and his team displayed, she merely suggested that they enter the contest! Greg expressed his excitement over the award below:
