Mits Arayama has been the owner of the Minuteman Press in Dana Point for 6 years. He was awarded small business of the year based on a vote of past award recipients, who voted on nominated business who meet the criteria based on their involvement and support in the Chamber, community involvement and business standards.
Mits received his award at the 2011 Installation Dinner and Annual meeting that took place on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa. Mits is currently a Dana Point Chamber Board Member and has been an Ambassador of the Month many times over the years. Before becoming an owner of Minuteman Press, Mits was the CEO for Nissin Foods and introduced new products to the U.S. like Top Ramen and Cup Noodles.

Farmingdale, NY (03/28/2011) – The owner of the Minuteman Press Center in Roseville, CA, Doug Schumacher, was elected to be the 2012 President of the South Place Rotary Club. Doug, who has been a member of his Rotary Club for about a year now, was elected by a vote of his fellow members.
Doug will first become Vice President in July of 2011, and then in July of 2012 he will take over the position of President until the following July. We wish Doug continued success and congratulate him on his recent election!
Farmingdale, NY (03/25/2011) – Windy Schulte, owner of the Minuteman Press Center, in Clinton, NC, received the Entrepreneurial Success Award from the Clinton/Samson Chamber of Commerce, in February of 2011. Windy, who is a member of the Clinton/Samson Chamber of Commerce along with 400 members, was nominated with three other businesses for this award.
The businesses in the Clinton area then voted for whom should win and Windy beat out the competition! She was nominated for the award based on the following criteria; she is a chamber member, she has seen growth in her business for the past two years, she has developed creative and innovative business methods, and she has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. She is always looking for new and creative ways to build her business.

Farmingdale, NY (03/24/2011) – The Minuteman Press center, located in the Bellaire section of Houston, TX has recently moved to a new, bigger facility. Owner Steve Edman, who bought the franchise in 2006, recently purchased a bigger location due to the growth and demand of their business.
The new center, located at 4662 Beechnut, Houston TX 77096, is more centrally located to their existing clientele. Steve and his staff hope that with the new location they are able to execute larger marketing opportunities which they anticipate will bring more business and traffic to their center. They have also expanded, not just the size of their facility, but their equipment as well. With the move they expanded with new digital and mailing equipment.
